FAQ

  • What does getting started look like?

We would be happy to hear from you, and talk through a bit of what you are looking for at this point in your journey into greater freedom. Reach out and we will set up an initial consultation, just specify if you are wanting to work with, Ryan or Kelli. Following this call, we’ll begin to meet weekly or every other week. The beginning of therapy consists of developing our relationship, exploring your story, and goal setting.

  • What happens in the initial consultation?

Finding a therapist that you connect with and has the approach you need is hard. The consultation is a way for us to get to know each other without a major time or financial commitment. We want you to find the help you need. On the phone we will discuss what you are hoping to get from therapy, and Kelli or Ryan will share their approach to therapy and do our best to answer question that you have about therapy and our approach.

Together, with you we decide if we’re a good fit for each other. If we determine that another therapist may better meet your needs, we’ll provide you with referrals. Your well-being is our priority.

    Kelli’s rate is $125 a session.
