Meet Kelli & Ryan
Kelli Beerwinkle
It’s common to feel overwhelmed. To have a deep desire to change, but have your growth hampered by a self-criticizing fear of letting others down. To experience uncertainty of how to connect with your self and engage the world.
I specialize in creating a safe non-judgmental space where you do not have to have it all together to move forward. I help you identify what is already working and learn skills t0 understand and regulate your emotions and thoughts, empowering and equipping you to creatively solve your problems.
Together we move from overwhelmed, exhausted and feeling behind, to connected, authentic and in tune with yourself and others. Restoring a sense of power and control that allows you to positively impact your life and those around you in the midst of the chaos and change that is so much of life.
I know what its like to feel caught in the tension between expectations, hopes and reality. I love helping clients find and learn to use internal and external resources to overcome their problems. I don’t expect you to have all the answers.

Ryan Beerwinkle
It is at times difficult to name what exactly the issue is. At other times you know the exact moment your life changed. You may be tempted to go on ignoring or stuffing emotions as if bad things have not happened to you and death and loss no longer cause you pain. You do not want to burden others, but you are tired of being alone with your burdens.
I strive to meet you where you are with compassionate curiosity. Working together, we build a holistic map of what it means to be you. As we build that map together, we see places in your story where you may be getting stuck or parts of the map you have never really explored. Getting unstuck involves learning and applying skills and techniques and stabilizing and strengthening your identity.
I love being a therapist because each person’s story or map, is so unique. I find wonder and meaning when I witness you learning new parts of your story and becoming strong enough to offer love and compassion to yourself and others when you experience pain.
