The Leadership and Personal Growth Intensive:High-Impact Healing for High-Performance Leaders

4 Months or more worth of Therapy in 5 days

The weight of leadership is often carried in silence. You navigate high-stakes decisions, manage complex team dynamics, and maintain a composed exterior while internalizing the relentless pressure of your role. Traditional weekly therapy—squeezed between back-to-back meetings—often feels like just another item on a relentless to-do list. It rarely provides the space needed to actually move the needle on your mental and emotional well-being.

The Leadership Intensive is designed for the servant leader, executive, the founder, and the visionary who doesn't have months to wait for a breakthrough. This is a deep-dive, results-oriented therapeutic experience designed to help you process trauma, burnout, resolve professional blocks, and recalibrate your internal compass within a targeted time frame.

Why Choose an Intensive Format?

You are looking for more than the standard 50-minute sessions. You have enough relational plates spinning, where the weekly therapy session leaves little room for the deep work required for lasting change. For a leader, this inefficiency is a barrier to growth. Intensives eliminate the "start-stop" nature of traditional therapy, allowing you to stay in the flow of the work until you reach a point of greater self knowledge resolution.

Over the course of 5 dedicated days, you will bypass the surface-level symptoms and target the root causes of your stress, imposter syndrome, or relational dysfunction and friction. You will do the work of four or more months in a single week, giving you the clarity and resilience needed to live and lead with renewed purpose.

What We Address

The work is tailored to your story. Together, we will work to continue to map and restore your unique psychological architecture.  You will focus on the intersection of your personal history and your professional performance, addressing:

  • Executive Burnout and Moral Fatigue: Moving beyond "stress management" to true nervous system restoration.

  • Mental Health Issues: such as PTSD, and certain phobias. Research has shown that mild to moderate mental health issues can be effectively treated through intensive therapy.

  • Decision Paralysis and Vision Blocks: Clearing the emotional fog that prevents confident, long-term strategic thinking.

  • The Isolation of Command: Processing the unique loneliness and pressure that comes with being at the top.

  • High-Stakes Relationship Dynamics: Improving emotional intelligence and conflict resolution for more cohesive team leadership.

  • Personal Relationship Dynamics: Working to understand and resolve long-standing difficulties at home so that you can better show up for your family first, and then go to work knowing that there is peace in your heart and mind about both the home of your childhood, and at home in the present day.

  • Legacy and Integration: Aligning your professional achievements with your personal values for a more integrated life.

The Experience: What to Expect

Each intensive is created to match your specific issues and goals.

  1. Pre-Intensive Strategy Session: We begin with a comprehensive 90-minute intake to identify your primary "pain points," map out your goals, and ensure the intensive is the right fit for your current needs.

  2. The Deep Dive: You will engage in 3 hours of focused therapeutic work per day. Therapy utilizes evidence-based modalities—such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), or Somatic Processing, and cognitive therapies—designed to create needed, neurological shifts and self awareness.

  3. Intentional Integration: You will build a growth plan to bring back what you have learned and practiced into the real world of the day to day.

Investment and Privacy

Your time is your most valuable asset, and your privacy is paramount. Intensives offer a streamlined path to wellness with minimal disruption to your professional calendar. All sessions are strictly confidential and can be conducted in-person at my private office or via a secure HIPPA compliant platform.

Reclaim your edge. Lead from a place of wholeness rather than depletion.

If you are ready to accelerate your growth and move beyond the limitations of traditional therapy, contact us today to schedule your initial consultation. Together, we will build a foundation of resilience that supports both your career and your life.

A Secure Space for Unfiltered Transformation

Your intensive is not a pre-set curriculum; it is specifically built around your unique nervous system and history. We move with a direct, goal-oriented focus while honoring the holistic needs of your mind and body. This is a collaborative, real-time recalibration of your internal world.

In this dedicated space, you will experience:

  • Drop the Mask: Shed the professional persona and speak the truths that are often "too risky" to share elsewhere.

  • Work Without Interruption: Enjoy a scheduled "digital sunset" where your only responsibility is your own healing.

  • Unrestricted Honesty: The freedom to speak the "unspeakables" of leadership in a strictly confidential, non-judgmental environment.

  • Precision Pacing: We adjust the intensity of the work moment-to-moment, ensuring we push deep enough for breakthroughs while maintaining your psychological safety.

  • Somatic Integration: We don't just talk through problems; we use direct, body-based techniques to release the physical tension and "bracing" that leadership demands.

  • Strategic Stillness: Integrated, guided intervals designed to reset your stress response, allowing you to process insights rather than just collecting information.

  • Total Focus: A sanctuary from digital noise and professional obligations, where the only priority is your holistic restoration.

This is a clinical deep-dive met with human warmth—a space specifically tailored to return you to yourself

Your Experience, Your Environment

The Leadership Intensive is designed to integrate seamlessly into your life, offering the flexibility of virtual sessions throughout Colorado or in-person work in the heart of Denver. This model prioritizes your autonomy, allowing you to curate an environment where you feel most at ease.

Freedom to Curate Your Surroundings

Unlike a rigid, all-inclusive retreat, this format gives you full control over your logistics. And budget. You choose the backdrop that best supports your nervous system and personal tastes.

You choose:

  • Your Lodging: Select the accommodations that suit you best—whether that’s a luxury hotel in downtown Denver, a quiet mountain Airbnb, or the comfort of your own home.

  • Your food: You are free to explore Denver’s world-class dining scene or maintain your specific dietary routines in your own space.

  • Your Travel: Manage your own transportation to ensure your schedule remains entirely under your command.

Enhance Your Colorado Getaway

Many leaders choose to enhance their therapeutic work into a planned vacation or executive sabbatical.

  • The "Working" Retreat: Dedicate 5 days of your trip to deep internal recalibration, then spend the remainder of your time integrating those shifts while hiking, skiing, or exploring the Front Range or deeper into the Rockies.

  • Virtual Flexibility: If you are located anywhere in Colorado, we can connect via a secure platform, allowing you to engage in high-impact work without the stress of travel, or in a more scenic part of Colorado.

Intentional Integration: By choosing your own environment, you bridge the gap between "therapy time" and "retreat," making your breakthroughs with greater flexibility.

Preparing for Your Intensive

The goal of an Intensive is to move out of "doing" mode and into "being" mode. Use this checklist to set the stage for your transformation.

Curate Your Environment and Schedule

  • Select Your Sanctuary: If traveling to Denver, choose lodging that feels quiet and safe. Many leaders prefer boutique hotels in Cherry Creek or LoHi for their walkability and high-end amenities, while others opt for a secluded mountain cabin within driving distance. Our office is in South Denver, 2401 S Downing St. Denver CO 80210.

  • Virtual Readiness: If meeting online from within Colorado, ensure you have a private, uninterrupted space with a strong internet connection and a comfortable chair where you can lean back and process.

  • Sensory Support: Bring or stock your space with items that ground you—a favorite blanket, high-quality tea, or a journal to capture insights between sessions.

Manage Your Energy

  • The "Digital Sunset": Clear your professional calendar for the duration of the Intensive. We strongly recommend an "out of office" auto-reply and a total break from emails and Slack to protect your psychological space.

  • Hydration and Nutrition: Plan your meals ahead of time. Whether you’re exploring Denver’s farm-to-table scene or ordering in, prioritize nourishing food that won't leave you feeling sluggish during deep work.

  • REST: Don't over plan your time.

  • Buffer Time: If you are adding this to a Colorado vacation or sabbatical, try to schedule the Intensive at the beginning of your trip. This allows the remainder of your time away to serve as a vital integration period.

Logistics and Responsibility

Please note that this therapy service is strictly focused on clinical and therapeutic intervention.

  • Self-Arranged Travel: All lodging, transportation (including flights and local car services), and meals are the sole responsibility of the client.

  • Independent Costs: Fees paid for the Therapy Intensive cover clinical hours and therapeutic materials only. Any costs associated with travel, cancellations of hotels, or dining are independent of the therapeutic contract and cost.

  • Location Requirements: For virtual sessions, per state licensing regulations, you must be physically located within the State of Colorado at the time of the appointment.

Clinical Suitability

While Intensives are highly effective. They are also highly strenuous. They are not in anyway a substitute or appropriate for emergency psychiatric care, active crisis, suicidal ideation, or acute substance withdrawal. A leadership intensive is in no way similar to a residential, inpatient or intensive outpatient form of treatment.

A high level of stability and safety is required for participation in an intensive. We will confirm suitability during your initial consultation and subsequent intake.
